Why bother with patrols

• When doing a patrol and creating a visible presence at night one can clearly see the positive effect on reducing the loitering and wandering individuals.
• We can reduce the criminal elements from growing in Robertson by positively engaging with the community and by creating a consistent visible presence in our streets.
• While on a patrol one could encounter community members in distress and be able to arrange for assistance.
• Get to know your neighbours at the start of each shift with a coffee and chat.
• Grow the active patrol members .
   

How do I become an active patrol member?

• Join the Neighbourhood watch
• Be added to the RCNW Patrol Whatsapp group
• Get your RCNW patrol badge printed at Axent signs
• Proactively engage and book your first slot to drive with another patrol member.
